The Maui Non-Profit Directors Association held its virtual leadership awards and annual meeting on Thursday, October 21st. Awards were given to local businesses, humanitarians, and Executive Directors — including one of our own. Read the full story in Maui Now.

Winners Include MBHR Board Member

Mason Williams was named Humanitarian of the Year for his work with Aloha House, Malama Family Recovery Center and Maui Youth & Family Services. Maui Soda & Ice Works, Ltd. won the Community Business Award for its generous donations to local nonprofits and community organizations. Edel Baguio-Larena, chief executive officer of Maui Family Support Services, was named Executive Director of the Year.
