March 12, 2019 — Maui Youth & Family Services to Host Free Event for Maui Teens on April 6

On Saturday, April 6, 2019, Maui Youth & Family Services, with funding from the Arbonne Charitable Foundation, will host a free event for Maui youth ages 12-18 called ‘The Gift of You.’ There will be live music, cultural activities, inspirational speakers, free food, interactive booths from various community groups, games and giveaways, including a chance to win an iPad. Confirmed speakers/entertainers include Olympic volleyball athlete Annette Lynch, world-renowned ukulele player Derick Sebastian and Hawaii’s reggae ambassador and Maui favorite Marty Dread.

“This will be one of the most exciting events for Maui teens this year,” said ‘The Gift of You’ Chair and Arbonne International Executive National Vice President, Autumn Shields. “We are excited to celebrate the youth attendees and help them discover their gifts, abilities, talents and strengths. We want each and every one of them to feel special and get excited about doing productive and positive things in their lives.” The event will go from 10am-2pm in the student lounge of the University of Hawaii Maui College’s Pilina Building, in Kahului.
