Keiki Fishing Tournament Brings Smiles to Maui Wildfire Survivor ‘Ohana
On July 26, 2025, Maui Behavioral Health Resources proudly hosted our first Keiki Fishing Tournament for Maui wildfire survivor ‘ohana. This catch-and-release event was a sunny, fun-filled day where families came together to enjoy the outdoors, build community, and create joyful memories.
Attendees were treated to delicious grinds from Nagasako Musubi and Kalei’s Plate Lunch, and keiki walked away with a variety of generously donated prizes. Laughter, excitement, and the thrill of fishing filled the day, making it a truly special experience for everyone.
The tournament was a beautiful reminder of the power of community, resilience, and connection. We are grateful to everyone who participated and helped make this inaugural event a success, and we can’t wait for the next one!
