Aloha House’s Impact

The grant was given based on nominations from local Starbucks employees recognizing Aloha House’s impactful work in the community. The Neighborhood Grants program supports grassroots organizations through investments and aims to increase employee engagement with local nonprofits. The funding will assist Aloha House in providing critical treatment services to around 6,000 clients annually.

Supporting Community-Led Initiatives

The program empowers nonprofit groups born from and driven by local communities, fueling their efforts with grant funding. Its goal? Creating lasting positive change by getting Starbucks employees excited about nonprofits making a difference in their backyards. Since launching in 2019, the Neighborhood Grants initiative has channeled over $12.5 million to uplift more than 8,000 organizations across the U.S. and Canada.
