Nicole Hokoana, LMFT

CEO Nicole Hokoana has a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s in counseling, marriage, and family therapy. She’s had the privilege of working in multiple settings — with youth on middle and high school campuses, with young adults at the University of Hawaii Maui College, and with families at Child & Family Service. She served as a program director and individual/family therapist at Child & Family Service for four years before taking on the chief operating officer role at Maui Behavioral Health Resources in 2018. Nicole was recently named one of Hawaii Business Magazine’s “20 for the Next 20” Award, recognizing her as a rising leader expected to help shape the state’s future across industries. Now, she serves as CEO of the tri-agency partnership.
