Kyra Kāhealani Jones is a community-focused professional and leader dedicated to strengthening systems that support individuals and families. With experience in program coordination, team leadership, and housing-related initiatives, she is known for balancing compassion with practical problem-solving and operational clarity. Before joining Aloha House four years ago as a crisis worker and case manager, she worked in the private sector and held positions in sales, marketing, and real estate.
She holds an AA in Liberal Arts, a BA in Psychology and Master of Social Work degree. Skilled in managing complex caseloads, guiding teams through organizational change, and improving processes, Kyra brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to leadership with integrity and empathy.
Driven by a strong sense of kuleana to community and place, she values relationship-building, direct communication, and meaningful impact. Outside of work, she embraces creativity, culture, and island life, bringing authenticity and warmth into both professional and personal spaces.
