How to Get Help

Crisis Services

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, call the toll-free Crisis Mobile Outreach Number at 1-800-753-6879, which is available 24/7/365 for anyone in Maui County. You will be connected with a live person from the State of Hawaii Department of Health, and if necessary, a trained and experienced Aloha House staff member will be dispatched to wherever you or the person in crisis is to provide support, information, an assessment and recommendation for services. Crisis workers collaborate with other emergency service responders, including the Police and Fire Departments, to assist them in their duties and to provide training and education regarding the best ways to help our residents in need.
